Hi, my name is Neal.  Kaye who ran Phoenix trim for many years has retired, although she is still on call as an advisor should I need help with anything.

I was a HGV driver for many years prior to taking on Phoenix and before that I was a parts finder for a motor factor back in the days of catalogues and microfiche.

I learnt as a delivery driver that telling the customer what they want to hear is a silly idea. I will not feed you bull if you order from me, I will tell you the truth as I understand it. No matter how bizzare it sounds.

I enjoyed my time as a partsman, I enjoy the challenge of finding parts and seeing a car resurected . I even enjoy chatting to customers.  Please do give me a call, I'd far rather solve a question verbally, then you can order from me if you wish, afterwards.

Working as a delivery driver has not given me excellent computing skills. I am struggling with those, however I am learning and hopefully over the coming months, maybe even years, this webpage will be updated and more products added.

Currently I am also struggling with the bank. According to them the problem is resolved, yet if you try to order using a card you will find it declined. This is a problem my end that I'm working at resolving.

Dispatch is another area that has been causing me challenges. I was hoping to send out twice monthly, however this is proving difficult. I am the carer for my elderly mother, trying to rebuild an old farmhouse and find time for exercise after 20years in a driving seat.

I have decided that I will post out monthly from my warehouse. Sadly this is the best I can do. More urgent orders can be dispatched sooner with anticipated delivery times of a day or two depending on time of order. Please give me a ring if you are very desperate,

Downside is urgent orders will mean paying double for post and packing.

I intend attending the car meet at Trago Mills, Newton Abbot.  It's a car show run monthly by south west classic car club who are a Facebook group.  The show normally has a good attendance. Details are on facebook. I will update this page with car shows I am going to.  If there is a particular trim you'd like to see, then let me know beforehand and I'll bring it along.

I have been running Phoenix out of a collection of different places since I took it over. This has not proven very successful. At the end of June Phoenix will be moving to a new warehouse in Piddlehinton near Dorchester.  By appointment you will be able to come visit me and buy direct from the shop.

I'm sure there's more that I could tell you, but that's it for now.
